Terms & Conditions
  1. Orielle Event Furniture, hereinafter called (the Company) shall hire furniture and decor (the hire furniture) to the hirer named on the order form (the Hirer) only on the following terms and conditions.

  2. The Hirer is solely responsible for the hire furniture and is required to insure against all risks including but not limited to the full replacement value of the hire furniture.

  3. The hire period shall commence on the day set out on the order form or the day of delivery.

  4. The Hirer undertakes to keep the hired goods in good order and condition and to return all of them to the Company in such order and condition. In the event of any article being lost or damaged and requiring replacement or repair, the hirer shall pay the full cost of such replacement or repair.

  5. Prior to commencement of hire the Hirer shall pay a deposit to the Company in the sum specified on the order as acknowledgement of security for the performance for the Hirer's obligations.

  6. The Company will endeavour to deliver and collect the hire furniture at the time indicated by the Hirer but will not be liable for any loss, (including indirect, contingent or consequential loss) damage costs claims or expenses incurred should any delay or delivery failure occur due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to transportation disputes or shortages of labour.

  7. If the Company is due to collect the hired furniture it will do so as soon as practicable after the event. Until the Company collects the furniture it remains the responsibility of the Hirer.

  8. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the customers own goods howsoever caused.

  9. Two months notice of a cancellation is required before hire commencement in writing to the Company to avoid a full rate charge for the whole of the hire period.

  10. The Hirer agrees to pay the Company the amount set out on the invoice before or on the payment date specified on the invoice.

  11. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that all equipment should be emptied of all personal belongings as no responsibility can be accepted for their safe custody.

  12. The Company does not accept any liability for any damage or injury to goods or persons caused by the misuse of the hire furniture.

  13. The Company accepts liability for injury or death to persons arising out of its negligence.

  14. The Company reserves the right to alter ranges and specifications of any products offered for hire in its catalogue or website and all are offered for hire subject to availability and the Company shall not be bound by any order placed by the hirer until it has notified the hirer in writing of its acceptance.

  15. The Company reserves the right without prior warning to make substitutes of a reasonably similar quality for items that, for reasons beyond the Company’s control, are unavailable.

  16. Any complaints that may arise must be submitted in writing while the hire furniture is in use at an event to ensure that the malfunction is fully investigated on site.

  17. All images remain copyright of the Company and cannot be copied or reproduced without the expressed written permission of the Company.

  18. Seating has been designed for a maximum load of 120 Kilos and use of the furniture should not exceed this weight. Seating should not be used as a step ladder. The Company takes no responsibility for misuse.

  19. A bond is required to confirm your order. The Company requires the Hirer’s valid Visa or MasterCard details to be used as security for the product hired. In the event that any goods are damaged or missing, the value of these items or their repair will be charged against the Hirer’s card.
